Collected
- Your request: name, phone, email, city, the type of work and any details, with the time and page it was sent from.
- Calls: calling number, time and length, logged by our phone provider. Calls and voicemails may be recorded.
- Site use: basic technical information from our host, such as pages viewed and device type. No advertising cookies.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms processes technical details from your browser.

- Sending your request to a local excavation contractor
- Replying to you
- Keeping records of referrals
- Preventing spam and abuse
Shared with
- Participating contractors who serve your area, so they can contact you. They pay us for referrals, and our phone line may route your call to one of them.
- Providers who run our phone, email, forms and hosting.
- Authorities, where the law requires or to protect rights and safety.
We never sell your information, and we won't market unrelated products to you.
Recording
Each call starts with a notice that it may be recorded.
Retention
We keep information only as long as referrals and business records need it.
Your rights
Email info@goodyearexcavation.com to see, correct or delete your information. Contractors who already have a request keep their own copy.
Children
The service is for adults arranging property work; we don't knowingly collect children's information.
Updates
Changes to this policy update the effective date.
